做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
