做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
