做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
