做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
