做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
