做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
