做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
