做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
