做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍(pāi )裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
