做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
