做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
