做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
