做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
