做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
