做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
