做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
