做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
