做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
