做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
