做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
