做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
