做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
