做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
