做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
