做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调(diào )味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
