做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
