做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
