做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
