做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
