做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
