做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
