做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
