做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
