做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
