做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
