做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
