做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
