做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
