做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
