做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
