做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
