做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
