做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
