做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
