做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
