做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
