做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
