做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
