做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
