做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
